Avocado Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Serves: 8
Ready In: 15 minutes
Method:

1. Place the avocado, blue cheese, yoghurt and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Place in a serving bowl.

3. Serve with carrot, celery and cucumber.

Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado (peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped)
  • 60g blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup fat-reduced natural yoghurt
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1 carrot (peeled, cut into batons)
  • 2 celery sticks (cut into batons)
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber (cut into batons)
