1. Place the avocado, blue cheese, yoghurt and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Place in a serving bowl.
3. Serve with carrot, celery and cucumber.

- 1 carrot (peeled, cut into batons)
- 2 celery sticks (cut into batons)
- 1 Lebanese cucumber (cut into batons)
