Fruit Skewers

Serves: 2
Ready In: 5 minutes
Method:
  1. Cut fruit into small bite sized pieces
  2. Thread onto small wooden skewers, include at least 1 type of fruit on each skewer
  3. Place in an air tight container ready for your lunch box. Packing an ice block will help keep your skewers crisp and fresh.
Ingredients:
  • Strawberries
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Kiwi Fruit
